![]() After calculating, you can see the results on the Result and the Sheet tabs. The blue items were calculated from the other data that was given for your reference. You will notice that this example the last two items in the Enter Cone Dimensions box are blue. You can hold down the left mouse button and drag the view of the cone around in the window. The model is interactive so you can change a dimension and press enter key and the model will change. The Dimensions that you did not enter are filled in with green color from the calculations. A 3D model of the calculated cone is displayed on the Cone tab. To calculate the result, click "Calculate" button at the top of the page. ![]() These dimensions are system agnostic, so if you enter the cone dimensions in inches the result will be in inches and if you enter the cone dimensions in millimeters the results will be in millimeters. Length is the length along the angle of the cone.Angle is optional in case you don't have one of the other dimensions.If material is thick use the height from the inside corners or outside corners, but not both. Diameter A is the bottom diameter and needs to be larger than the top diameter.The other dimensions will be calculated from these. You only need to enter on diameter and two others five possible dimensions of the final cone. Enter the desired dimensions of the finished cone shape. ![]() Half cone would be helpful if you needed to make it in two halves and weld it together.
